Karin is  a former senior executive and strategy consultant with 30 years of international management experience.
She supports organizations in designing and implementing complex transformations within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments. As an executive coaching, Karin works with leaders  navigating high levels of responsibility, helping them build confidence, manage pressure,  and lead with greater presence and purpose.  

She has a rich international background, having lived, studied, and worked across Europe and the United States. She is fluent in both English and French and offers coaching in both languages. Karin is an ICF-level 3 accredited coach and also has ICF- approved Certificates in Executive Coaching. Career Coaching, Wellness Coaching and Team coaching. 

Over the past few years, Giada has helped many socially conscious business owners and creatives reconnect with their inner guidance, learn to trust it, and make aligned decisions that move their work forward in ways that feel impactful, regenerative, and true to who they are. She supports her clients through a coaching and facilitation approach that creates space for their whole self: mind, body, and essence. Her purpose is to create liberation from the inside out, especially for those who are transforming their experiences of oppression into inspiring visions for collective liberation. 

Josh brings over three decades of experience as a senior technology leader, with expertise in engineering, product management and ERP solutions for higher education. He has led global organisations of over 500 people and strategic initiatives for a $500M+ product portfolio.

Today, Josh works with C-suite, VP and Director-level leaders to strengthen leadership capacity, accelerate growth and sustain change. He combines senior business experience with advanced coaching certifications in neuroscience and ontological coaching.

Josh has delivered more than 1,800 coaching hours with over 200 leaders and is certified in PCC, CNTC, Leadership Circle Profile, Everything DiSC and Five Behaviours of Cohesive Team assessments.

Karin brings over 25 years of professional experience, including a 16-year international career in a FTSE 10 company, where she specialised in communications, reputation management and sustainability. Karin now works with leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capability, communication, confidence and impact. Through one-on-one or team coaching, facilitation and leadership training, she helps people better navigate complexity, build stronger relationships and lead with greater clarity and more decency. She works across a wide range of sectors including financial services, technology, professional services, and energy.

Karin is an ICF PCC accredited coach, and lectures in Management and Leadership at the European College of Business and Management.  She works in English and German.

Peter brings over 25 years of experience in finance, investment banking and operations, with a strong understanding of complex organisations, stakeholder dynamics and high-performance environments. He now works alongside Katrin, supporting larger client projects, selected workshops and facilitation processes. With his calm, pragmatic and commercially grounded approach, Peter helps create structure, clarity and flow behind the scenes and in the room.
