You can teach gravitas, communication and appearance. But without purpose and values underneath, presence becomes performance. The fourth pillar is what makes the work hold.

How the programme runs
FORMAT

Small cohort, typically 6 to 8 senior leaders

Six sessions across three months, plus a personalised Executive Presence Blueprint per participant

Curated articles, reflection prompts and between-session learning resources

One 60-minute 1:1 included with Katrin

Confidential, peer-led, deeply practica

Two formats: Deep-Dive (£4,500 per person) or Foundations Workshop (£5,000 for the cohort).
