How the programme runs
FORMAT
Small cohort, typically 6 to 8 senior leaders
Six sessions across three months, plus a personalised Executive Presence Blueprint per participant
Curated articles, reflection prompts and between-session learning resources
One 60-minute 1:1 included with Katrin
Confidential, peer-led, deeply practica
Two formats: Deep-Dive (£4,500 per person) or Foundations Workshop (£5,000 for the cohort).
